All sales made through Brisa Caribbean are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this no refund policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@brisacaribbean.com with photos and your order number.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue refunds.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
• Custom or personalized products
• Special edition or limited edition items
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Used or opened items
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, please place a new order.
European Union Consumer Rights
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer law.
If you choose to cancel under this right, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at your expense. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs.
